An amazing experience...

This wonderful and breathtaking experience happened last night. This was an event where 5people share their stories from their lives of how they are where they are and what they have learned over the years. It was amazing to hear their stories and to imagine what they have learned and done.

Two of the stories have stuck in my head and i am going to share them with you!

One of the 3 women that spoke, told this story. She had a sad and miserable period in her life where she didn't know who she was, who she was going to be and didn't know anything that the future hold. Her sister, who also spoke but before her, suggested a book to her (~700pages) and told her not to come back until she has read it. She called her the next morning and had already read the entire book , plus, the woman had bought tickets to the place that was written in the story and it changed her life. Every experience that she had, made me realize that you don't know where your life can take you, who or what can be your inspiration to move forward and what the future holds, but at the end it is still important to remember to be you, even if you don't know who You are yet.

One of the 2 men that spoke, told us how he had an amazing life, but it got too much and he needed to go, do something different. So he did and became a teacher, now 5 years already, he has learned so much through his experience it is inspiring. He told us this, which is something we need to think about - Our life is like a compass, you keep going in one direction, but there are so many things that can mess with your compass and lead you into different ways in life. But every path you take or every side road you decide to go on, will give you more and more life lessons every time and give you more amazing opportunities.

If you have the chance to do something, you have to take it. Even if you are 20-30% sure, take it. The other % will come after learning and experiencing life.

We have to take risks, because even if we make mistakes, we'll learn form them and we'll become better people. We have to remember that.
